Customer Service Failure In McKeesport, Local Laundry Owner Disregards Customers for Paltry Amount Compared To That Which They Paid.

Several reports, complaints have been received about the laundry mat at Olympia, having problems. They are saying some of the washers are overheating, not working properly. Several of his machines were overheating, for several using the machines. One family used over $30, only asked for about $4, but are now going someplace else. The owner doesn't care for his customers, based on the reports. They spent well over #0. but only asked for a small amount. All the other machines worked fine, loaded the same, as he complained they were different. He's losing excellent customers for only about $4, even if he was right, a very bad business choice by Mr Calhoun by even my customer service standards!

(The same amount of money went into each one, others were loaded the same, no troubles).

They said the dryer didn't heat, but the owner is telling them it is their fault. The only solution I would do, is use another laundry mat.

Asking for anyone else has any problems there?
